Good thing Adelaide is kind of on the way from Melbourne to Perth.

We had gone well past Adelaide when we diverted. But I think with tailwinds it was still the best option. Kalgoorlie was also being considered. Then there was talk of us not being able to leave Adelaide due to their airport curfew 11pm- 6am but they considered us an exception and granted us permission to leave.

Damned curfews. Us poor saps in Perth just get sent off at whatever time of the day or night.
