The headquarters hotel, Courtyard by Marriott has 8 rooms left. Unsold rooms in our block will be released to regular rate$ on March 11.

I have a 2-person hotel room that I no longer need. I would like to know if anyone wants it, before I cancel it. Here is the info:

Cost:$64.99/night (Friday and Saturday nights; $151.42 including tax.)

The cancellation deadline is Mar 31 (Thu) at noon, . I plan to release it at that time. (If the room is cancelled, they may not offer the same price when they make it available. If someone wants the room, I will keep it and we can work out how to get you registered with my reservation.)

We had a last-minute cancellation for a room at the headquarters hotel, Courtyard by Marriott, 1 Riverfront Plaza, Hamilton, Ohio, 45011.
2 queen beds @ $109 plus taxes, a-la-carte breakfast.

Another last minute cancellation if someone is looking for a bed:
We rented a house with 4 beds (3 bedrooms, 2 washrooms) near Brookville, Indiana (due west of Hamilton), 35 minute drive to Miami Whitewater. Total cost for the weekend (Friday and Saturday nights) is $77 for one person. There's a double bed, so also could be available for a couple. Full kitchen facilities.
