I did wonder in my massage today why I pay to go through so much torture, not helped my the falling off bike bruises he was trying to avoid

I have a foam roller and a spiky 'peanut' but the thought of a 2-in-1 torture device makes me wince greatly (as does rolling upon either one of them).

I wonder if anyone has really considered the hidden therapeutic use of lego blocks.

They certainly deliver the most torturous pain when stood upon unexpectedly. Maybe they would be best used as a 'lego roller'. Hah! I better go patent that...
