Plateaus are fairly normal.
Normally I'd advise to vary training get to the next level, but then you have some the most varied training of anyone I know. At the moment you'll be getting good Vo2 / Threshold type training from Street-O

Perhaps a weekly set of speed intervals or hill reps might help you a little? Wooters have some great intervals sessions - might be something that works for you to join in with.

HI Quirkey - great to hear from you!! And many thanks for the long distance advice. With Wednesdays "opening" up shortly I am looking to change routines and can think of a place where hill reps are possible - and probably would be useful/painful/horrible and can be done in relative privacy... I do think however a LOT of my problems are mental - being kind to myself has at times over the past 18 months been necessary. Priorities obviously changed, and I'm giving in too easily now.

Hope your housing issues are well gone now.

Yep. All moved in now. Hopefully the last move for a while - fingers crossed jobs will allow that to remain the case.
