Check out our full schedule of lunches, dinners, and other activities, including training with OUSA junior coach Erin Schirm.
Online registration will be opening in a few days.
So, who will be first in...
And it's Platterpus!
...by a commanding 5 hours over Soupbone
Can jman be far behind?
Are awards (non IS/IC) for 3 days combined, sprint separate and 2 classic days combined, or all separate?
Friday Sprint will have separate awards for ALL classes. Sat-Sun is a 2 day combined total for ALL classes. (the two day for IS and IC classes uses their prescribed points calculation system. I expect other classes will just use a 2 day combined total, but we are still working out all the complexities with the results crew). I'll check to see if the website needs any edits to clarify that.
Reminder that registration is open. Please register by March 6 to guarantee t-shirt size availability and to avoid late fees.
CAOC in the lead with 5 registrants. Come on OCIN, no registrations! How? You're the host club!
4 of those 5 are 1 family
I also imagine that OCIN is quite busy hosting the event, and thus won't be participating at as high a level as normal... give them a break Aragorn
Thank you for your supportive words, skary!
In fairness, though, I suspect Ary's comment was directed at his fellow TROLs (youth league members) -- who do tend to register on the late side -- somewhat to this registrar's (and the ED's) consternation. ;-D
So, can we expect you to be joining us on April 1-3? :-)
Forgot to include the link for
Who's registered
A reminder to book rooms now. The host hotel is filling up! Other hotels will be releasing rooms soon; one already released their unsold rooms on March 1.
We've heard that a number of the NJROTC high schools competing in Washington this weekend want to use those races to select team members before registering for the Flying Pig and the U.S. Interscholastic Championships. So, we are extending the deadline for NJROTC schools to register without late fee through this Tuesday evening, March 8. In fact, as long as we are doing this for some, we'll do it for everybody.
But, please don't wait to get those t-shirt orders in. We need to turn in firm numbers for shirts and sizes, and we won't be able to order lots of extras in every size.
Reminder to register today to avoid late fees.
We've kicked back the late fee deadline another couple days. But don't put it off.
All preview and training maps ordered through this morning were mailed today. You should see them by the first part of next week (Canadians, maybe a few days longer, eh?)
A reminder, today is the last day to book a room at the headquarters hotel, Courtyard by Marriott. Unsold rooms in our block will be released to regular rate$ on March 11.
