| schirminator: | Ya I've been trying to do that. I wasn't feeling to tight after the race but I ran the next day and it was a little cooler and rainy and even with stretching they tightened up after. It looks Like I probably won't be going to the relays. Because I have to travel this week and the week after the relays for meets. I feel like it is just to much for me right now, and I really don't want to get too tired out. Thanks for writing me back though, in terms of running it probably wouldn't have been a problem. |
