You might not have heard of this year:

Not sure what it would mean for the Vic Park grooming or if it would be helpful for training.

That sounds super cool. No doubt it will screw up the skiing loop somehow, I don't see how they could possibly create a multi-kilometer loop without cross over the ski trail, unless the parks get creative with weaving them side-by-side but never crossing.

Yet, given their penchant to groom straight one up fairway and down the other, that seems.... unlikely.

Yeah, I suspect the Vic Park grooming will be toast, but it's not like it was an epic trail, just around in a loop. Somehow the ice pathway might actually be more interesting. Does Fast Trax stock the long blades?

Not anymore. Too much trouble. Some interest, but not enough to make it worth it.

Yeah, the loop was not exactly exciting, but you could probably appreciate as much as anyone how awesome it was to at least be able to walk down with your skis and go for a short 45-minuter after work in the middle of the city. Can't beat that.

Hmm, probably more of a Track N Trail type of product.

Totally agree, being able to walk to the trails made me feel like I was living in Oslo. At least I told myself that as I've never been to Oslo.
