I would highly recommend it! Also fierce competition going on for the fastest time of the oldest person in the history of the event. You might have a shot at it! I travelled with fellow O-ers (J.J., Charlie and Coach) so traveling was not too onerous, albeit long.
There was some movement in the ranks of oldest HH participant, but I believe that ultimately Bob Bullions re-asserted dominance in that category. I think Sharon had the lead for about half an hour until Bob came in.
I "promise" next year unless ailing for some reason. In the past, it has been boat/work combination in conjunction with insufficient will power - but always an interest. This year it was the 2 A meets the previous weekends and the fact that my 47 y/o fellow on-call person needed the weekend to go to NYC to propose to his prospective third wife.
Is he already done with the 2nd one?
Yes, for a suitable period of time, too. First wife was from the Caribbean. He went to med school on Grenada.
Our neighbor's daughter is thinking about going to St George's, the med school on Grenada, particularly if they will let her start in January.
I wonder how distracting education in such a location might be. It was not distracting for me in Chicago - just about right, study vs other.
