Can they be uploaded onto AP as well?

Jessica Johnson is shown as a MP missing #1. She was with the group I was with at the control, although afterwards she wasn't sure if she had actually punched it. Anyway, she was there, and so perhaps should be an official finisher.

OK. I will fix it and repost

So, it looks like Maslink switched to the Lowlander, and Svobodny, Angelica Riley, Morton, McNiffe, Levy, and Eisiminger were DNS, is that right? Also, I thought Mark Walsh was running the Highlander, but I don't see his name anywhere. (I assume he would have been DNF -- maybe he didn't get back in time to download?)

(Just trying to get the master statistics database updated.)

Is this the right place to congratulate and thank the organizers and staff for a really excellent Highlander? Great course, excellent trail "run" marking, plenty of water, cheerful road crossing guards, high quality grill master, results nicely gathered and posted, lots of smiles all around.

Angelica broke something (ankle?) at the Boulder Dash so presumably didn't run.

Svobodny is omitted somehow. He finished just in front of me.

Echoing Charlie's comment - thanks to all the volunteers who spent time planning, organizing and preparing for the event and then spent the day outside in the cold to make it happen. Great course, great maps, friendly and helpful staff at well-stocked aid stations, timely and accurate results, superb feast afterwards.

jj>Is it possible to see your master statistics database somewhere? Would be very interesting.

Thanks, Charlie and Glen! Thanks, everyone for coming out to play! Kseniya and I are so happy that everyone enjoyed the forest, the course, the food and the friends! Just posted event summary...

Boris, the stats aren't on line anywhere, though we could post them if there were a suitable spot. I can also email you the spreadsheet (after I fill in a few more details from this year).
Oct 20, 2015 2:20 PM #
BorisGr:
Sure, I'd love to see the spreadsheet. Maybe one of us could take over billygoat.org and keep it more up to date.

jjcote:
I'm not really interested in maintaining the billygoat.org website, but I suspact Scott would be happy to hand it over to someone who is. That might be you. And I'll keep the Billygoat and Highlander stats up to date, and can supply them for public viewing.

Thanks for tracking these stats, J-J. HVO could start archiving of the stats on our website if you think that's a good idea.

I'd be happy to do it. I also think it would be good for HVO to have a catalogue of past Highlanders with links to course maps. It might be a true attraction for orienteering visitors from out of town.

I have copies of all of the course maps (as well as all of the finishing awards), although most of the maps have my route drawn on them.

OK. He must have switched to the Lowlander, then.

Tom did switch but I did not make the change in the computer, he came in 5th in Lowlander. I will adjust tomorrow in Win Splits at least. Mark came in over time limit - I had already shut down the computer because of battery running out. His stick was a loaner from NYCO which Eric brought and took back (for which we are grateful) - I think he will try to download and get the stats to JJ.

Just for the stats the two oldest in Highlander were Bob Bullions, HVO president, and Eric Smith, both born in 1943 - Bob is 72, not sure about Eric.

Sharon was oldest women to finish Highlander.

Youngest was Peter Zakrevski (1999) and second place Isak Preliner (1998).

Nice stats, Geof. Thanks

Eric was also born in 1943, but he's several months younger than Bob.
