Looks like you ran straight to the control on this one, ignoring the trail for a very nice split. The trail weaved back and forth and was hard to follow. You definitely made the right choice. Good way to finish!

Lucky, I guess. Didn't even look for the trail, figured I would either hit the wall or the field and I hit the wall first. Woods were open enough to keep moving.

I followed the trail (with difficulty) intending to go direct once I saw the wall, but never saw it. Once I could see the big field ahead and to the left, looked for and spotted the streamers to the finish and then made a beeline for the control. But yeah, in retrospect, just going straight seems better.

By the time I got that far I just wanted to finish. Plan was to hit wall and follow it, but went around rocks and wound up below it on trail. Figured it out, but just stumbled in.
