Do the 10km, you've done a lot of racing, save the half for later in the year when you're in ski base training mode. Your legs will thank you.

True, but it would help if Norway was in the EU to justify the trip...
Sounds like a no brainer. 10K, sprint, longer specific build up to go sub 75 since you aren't at that level right now and increased trust in yourself.
Only sensible althernative would be to drop the 10K and do some race specific training for sprint/ relay.
