Was on Start - yes. But cannot remember whether there was a mismatch between loose and on map.

I think part of the problem in 2009 was that it was a "Silent Start", so nobody was allowed to discuss any issues.

Silent starts are great. No one talking nonsense when you're about to start.

I'm sure if there was an issue speaking up about it wouldn't be a problem, that'd be understandable.
