You went out so fast at the start that I wondered what happened when I saw your time posted. That toilet-thing explains all. I hope nothing embarassing took place right after the finish line.

My slowest 10k since 1998. I actually should be running faster than you but for a knee injury. Physio started today. At least I had no toilet troubles. While orienteering, don't use the poison ivy for paper.

actually I think we can make that advice a little more general and say "don't use poison ivy for paper" :)

ya good advice, it would help if i could point out poison ivy.
