How about this?

It uses right-of-way pedestrian crosswalks across not super-busy streets and a pedestrian bridge across the big street, and avoids all stoplight intersections.

That route is too long for a true sprint, but you could use it for a Wed-O or something (which would make for something more interesting than a two-loop jaunt through the existing Robinswood map.

Also, seems similar to NSC perhaps? In terms of lots of parking lots and some complex bits with lots of canopy. I guess it doesn't have the "city parkland" part, though.
