Hey Thomas! Lots of awesome training here, well done. Just wanted to check in and see how those shins are feeling? I guess you are rolling and stretching regularly (you are lucky to have a good influence for a brother there)?
I'm pretty sure my shins have healed up now, I'm not feeling any pain anymore, so that's good. It's fantastic having Michael to base everything off of. He gave me some tips to help my shins too!
