Then you would have the time to stretch. If the lack of stretching leads to you not running through injury then there's no big loss in losing 5 minutes of running time.

Good advice in theory but it's not so much how long I am out for (post edited accordingly) - for example if I did my full run plus stretching outside it would probs work. Once I am back in the house it's all over, sometimes I can't even shower.
