Though I suppose it is rather old news by now, the 2021 World Games will be in Birmingham, Alabama. The official song of the Games will be "Freebird", which is kind of cool.

As regards to orienteers planning/hoping to compete, it is worth noting that to ensure competitive fairness, the organizers have declared that the entire state of Alabama is embargoed for all orienteering purposes and investigations. You're not even allowed to Google the state (Binging is apparently allowed, however, at least for now.)

Also, because of certain unspecified yet controversial "irregularities" at various recent prestigious Trail Orienteering races involving disputed usages of Gu, Trail Orienteering contestants will be required to waive all rights to use Gu during the races, including the Trail Orienteering World Games Relay. Contestants will be allowed to carry and consume unlimited amounts of Moonpies and RC Colas. (For those unfamiliar with Moonpies, just remember "the bigger, the better.")

All competitors will also be required to certify that they have all their shots and have successfully completed a mandatory course in how to identify and combat kudzu.

So we can have Shotz but not Gu? It seems they have monopolised the market in advance. Are they the naming rights sponsor?

Seriously, Juffy? I had thought you were above the practice of Rickrolling but it seems I have been sadly mistaken in your character!
Now I have an earworm....

I originally had it as a link to a Google search of Alabama, but figured that was too obvious.

PS. Any assumptions about my character (especially on the internet) are likely to be wrong. :)
