Try once (or less) a month... At least I'm getting some bike riding in... Trails might finally be melted out, though... Will have to check...

I know, it hurts to run a trail now. I am going to try to remedy that. I worked at holding a bit of a tempo kind of pace for 2 min. on 1 min. off this morning.

I must say that I am impressed at the variety of organized events that you are able to find in the region (biking, running, etc.). Do you have a source other than a search engine?

By variety of organized events do you mean the list on my log page? That's basically a wishlist of possibilities, the majority of which will never come to fruition, at least this year. But I like to toss them there so that I can see the dates coming (and usually going as well) and a link to event pages to make things easy.

I've wanted to try some brevets for a couple years now, figure this might be the year I finally do so since I'm not currently running much, try something new. So most of the New England events are on the calendar for now, including the ADK Hell Week - 200km, 300km, 400km, 100km, 600km rides all packed into one week, which there is less than zero percent chance I'd even attempt right now. But maybe the shorter ones.

Most of the other bike rides are things I've come across via a couple of gravel/adventure bike blogs I follow.

Then there's the usual O stuff, plus I usually have some trail races on there since I usually hear about most of them via the Striders, but I don't think I'll be doing any of those this year.

I'll probably do at least part of the DeTour next weekend, I'd love to do the whole shebang, but have late afternoon committment, so will likely just do the first leg and the second loop of the bowtie. Which means a mostly solo ride, but a long day anyhow..
