Discussion: late fee deadline for Billygoat extended

What with the DVOA FoxChaser II and IS/IC event and this past weekend's US Champs and Team Trials, we neglected to remind everyone that late fees for the Billygoat were about to kick in. So, we will extend the regular fee deadline to this Sunday, April 5 at midnight. For the few who paid after the late fees kicked in last week, we will happily provide a refund of the late fees.

52 registered at the moment. There haven't been so few starters in the time I've been a Billygoat participant (which as many of you know, has been a very long time). It hasn't been under 70 starters since 1986. Get those registrations in, folks!

If you don't register, you can't run. And if you don't run, you can't finish in less than 3 and a half hours. And if you don't do that, you won't get a shirt. And if you don't get a shirt from the 37th Annual Billygoat Run you will be very sad.

There is an HVO event on Saturday that is very convenient to the Water Gap. So, if you're from out of the area, warm up at the HVO event on Saturday and then head on over to the Billygoat on Sunday. Contact me if you're interested in staying at PEEC Saturday night. Last I checked there were still a few cabins available.

I was charged $45 at 17:30 EDT on Sunday Apr. 5. Should it have been $39 or did I misunderstand?

If you did not claim a club membership or an OUSA membership, the charge without the late fee is $45. (It was supposed to be $50 but it got entered incorrectly.) I'll send you an email to sort this out.
