sometimes (if you have the courage) it is interesting to analyse the catch phrase. Is it describing the residence or the resident?

Meanwhile, I am wondering how many of those potplants are real...

I think it looks a great buy. Maybe you should keep it as an investment property.

Moving from our first house to our second (current one now 37 years later) I had the "ooh why are we doing this?" feeling while we were packing. Not from exhaustion, just attachment. Removalists almost fell over when they saw the new house. That sealed it for me.

One of the motivations for moving was to get out of a dysfunctional body corporate (with the likely consequence of the overall property becoming increasingly neglected over the coming years), so keeping it as an investment wasn't an attractive option (and I probably can't afford to do so anyway).

Tell me more about dysfunctional body corporates... My complex pool has been out of order since September last year, with an estimated 'fix' time of two weeks. har har. It has only now been filled up with water but we still can't use it because the water has not been 'treated'.

There is an old woman in the complex who complains about the squeaky complex gate and often I see her spraying cooking oil on the gate, which is potentially why the stupid gate breaks down all the time.

My quarterly fees have gone up by 57% since I first purchased the stupid place.
