An abundant supply of running kit is a wonderful thing. There's a trail there? I have running kit in the car!
Might be more difficult/expensive in winter, granted.
I made it out there! Just at recovery pace, but something. And yes, running kit at work is hard when at least three top layers is required!
Having said that, I did not need my third layer today, so there is a brief light spot!
