Looks like you are training well. The XC skiing is still marginal here so I do a lot of walking. Good for the legs but not for the fitness.
2 episodes of Downton should count for more than 2 episodes of Louie. No XC here yet - but possibly this weekend. I've heard walking is good for you. My long range plan is to do less running and more walking. But I'll have to figure out how to eat less to make it work.
Yes, eating less is "harder" than exercising more! Received some snow overnight so I will try the trails this afternoon after the grooming.
I am mapping new snowshoe trails for the ski club and for the town of Wakefield. It's been bitterly cold here the last few days so I haven't been out on those maps for a week. Looks OK for the next few days. Then I can shed a couple of pounds.
