Discussion: Airport to and from UNO Camping Weekend Transport

I'll be flying into Manchester at 7:15pm on September 9th and flying out at 8:10pm on September 11th. Anyone want to share a rental car for the weekend to get to and from Pawtuckaway?

Hey Jon, I'm in. I matched my flights to yours as best I can. I'm arriving MHT at 6:50 PM on Sept 9 and departing MHT at 7:20 PM on Sept 11, so I need to be back about an hour earlier than your flight on the return. I don't think this will be a problem if we start the race before noon :) Will even have time to help with pickup. Do you have a camping reservation already?

Ah, good, my first pickup volunteer! This really is something I will need help with. But it won't be so bad: you can pickup 20 controls in only about 2 km!

Excellent, Eddie. I'm not sure whether there are any formalities to sort out with the Bundschuh's (sp?) or whether we just have to pay for an additional person at the site I booked. Or maybe you have camping arrangements but don't show up in the list of names and sites I just got in my inbox for reasons unknown. To be dealt with next week.

Hi Jon / Eddie, Can I join you as well in the rental car please? I haven't booked any travel yet, but I think I can fly into MHT at 7.19pm on Friday, and out again at 8.10pm on Sunday. I haven't booked any camping yet either, but maybe we could share a site? Happy to help with control collecting if necessary.

Assuming you can book those flight times or something close, three in a car is fine with me. We'll have to check with UNO whether we need to spread out onto more than just the site I reserved.

Biggins and I are arriving 7am on Saturday morning in Boston, and we would have time to make it to a convenient pick-up spot if anyone has room.

We need to be back at 5pm or so on Sunday. (Biggin's plane leaves at 6pm).

I guess otherwise we'll rent a car.

Actually, seems like we have 3 people to split a rental so far. Let me know if anyone else is interested.

I'm interested in sharing a rental car as well. Accomodations too, not planning to camp, anyone doing a motel?

I arrive 9/9 10:15pm Southwest airlines at Manchester airport.
Leave 9/11 4:55pm flight out of Manchester.

hey Vlad. I don't know which terminal, but I'm on America West #66, gets in at 7:07. Mikkel is a few minutes later, not sure of the airline.
