The Rooster:
Although you will be tempted to add to current high fitness this may give you a short term gain. Potentially you could injure yourself or lose your enthusiasm later on. Perhaps the poor performances (generally) from the sheffield lot had something to do with overtraining or peaking too early.

I would suggest you consider giving yourself a month rest (not no training) sometime and to build up slowly with the first peak just in time for the JK.

Dunno about that monkeyboy. Oli was ill certainly. Mike was a bit ill but didn't exactly do poorly. Who else was ill?

Jenny was the other I believe. However, you need to ask why we get ill. I was ill last week probably due to overtraining as I knew I was going to India for a week and would cram in a hard week beforehand.
