Hello.
Can a person, who is a permanent resident and a citizen of no other country become a member of US Team?
Thanks.

The answer for your question can be found ,on IOF home page ,you can get there trough the links from attack point, than click on events, than on World O Champs the Open column and under the 2003 Switzerland site you will see Special rulesLTF 48,click on and the answer is right there. This was easier, than try to explain it myself.

The answer to Sergei's question is:
(1) Yes for the standing Team.
(2) No for the WOC, JWOC, or WCup.
Historically, these answers actually depended on the year. The answer to (2) is not likely to change any time soon.
Please note that one's WOC eligibility status will affect the entry to this year's Team Trials.
