I noticed this on twitter. Apparently a new satellite was launched recently with commercial image capability that approaches aerial photos.
I can see the Sydney Opera House, the Melbourne Cricket Ground, and something in Perth. Apparently these were taken very recently. Not sure about cost or coverage.
